Keith Inglehart - Founder
With more than 30 years of experience in the power generation industry, Keith has built a career from the ground up, starting as a millwright and growing into a trusted technical field advisor. In 2022, he co-founded Outage Support Resource (OSR) with a mission to deliver reliable expertise and hands-on support. Outside of work, you’ll find Keith enjoying the outdoors, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Cody Pate - Vice President of Operations
Cody brings over 20 years of experience in field services and petrochemical operations, including new construction and equipment installations. As a co-founder of OSR, he leads all operational efforts, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Cody is passionate about the industry and enjoys fishing, outdoor adventures, and family time when he’s off the clock.
Esmy Pate - Vice President of Administration
With more than 10 years of experience in administration and customer service, Esmy keeps OSR running smoothly behind the scenes. As a founding member, she manages day-to-day operations with a focus on organization and client satisfaction. When she’s not at work, Esmy enjoys relaxing with friends and family.
Elizabeth LaBelle - Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Elizabeth has over 16 years of experience in office administration, sales, marketing, and client relations, 10 of which have been in the Oil & Gas and gas turbine repair industries. Her background includes roles in GT repair operations, client success, and business development at APG and TRS. Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Kaplan University. She’s also a published author and a passionate advocate for foster care and adoption.
