Cody Pate - President and Director of Operations

Cody brings more than 20 years of experience in field services and petrochemical operations, including new construction and equipment installations. As a co-founder of OSR, he leads all operational efforts with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and execution in the field. Cody is deeply passionate about the industry and is committed to delivering reliable results for clients nationwide. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, outdoor adventures, and spending time with his family.

Esmy Pate - Senior Vice President and Director of Admin & Finance

With over a decade of experience in administration and customer service, Esmy plays a critical role in keeping OSR’s operations running smoothly behind the scenes. As a founding member, she oversees day-to-day administrative and financial functions with a strong emphasis on organization, efficiency, and client satisfaction. When she’s not working, Esmy enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Natalie McKenzie - VP of Human Resources

Natalie leads the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and internal controls that support OSR’s expanding nationwide operations. Her role focuses on building scalable, compliant, and people-centered systems that align with OSR’s operational demands and long-term growth strategy.

With experience spanning human resources, operations, payroll, benefits administration, and organizational process development, Natalie brings a practical and collaborative leadership style. She works closely with executive leadership, field teams, and administrative staff to strengthen accountability, reinforce company culture, and ensure consistent practices across all job sites.



Elizabeth LaBelle - VP of Sales & Marketing

Elizabeth has more than 16 years of experience in office administration, sales, marketing, and client relations, including 10 years in the Oil & Gas and gas turbine repair industries. Her background includes GT repair operations, client success, and business development roles with APG and TRS. She holds a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Kaplan University and is a published author. Outside of work, Elizabeth is a passionate advocate for foster care and adoption.



Justin Nunn - Sales Manager

Justin brings over 17 years of experience in power generation, with a career spanning combined cycle, diesel prime power, and industrial energy systems. His background includes asset performance optimization, technical sales support, and leadership roles in maintenance planning, instrumentation and controls, HRSG efficiency, and environmental compliance. Justin also served in the United States Air Force as an Electrical Power Production Specialist. Justin focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that drive operational excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, writing music, exploring the outdoors, and traveling with his wife and six children.
